Alfu Miah is chief revenue officer at SMS Assist, leading the company’s sales and marketing teams to drive overall company revenue and performance. He is responsible for the organization’s go-to-market strategy, directing new approaches for sales execution, customer acquisition and expansion, and retention.

At University of North London, Alfu trained in polymer engineering and started his career in the automotive industry in design and manufacturing. Since then, Alfu has applied his continuous improvement mindset to drive substantial revenue growth across a variety of global industries—leveraging ample experience in facilities management, commercial operations, solutions design, and business transformation.
