Leanne’s extensive background includes spending time in a variety of fast-paced retail, manufacturing, and distribution environments serving both B2B and B2C audiences. Having joined SMS Assist in 2020, Leanne now finds herself examining customer experiences from a new perspective—that of the spaces that influence them.
