David Jaffee

Senior Vice President of Residential Operations

As senior vice president of residential operations, David Jaffee works directly with our operations team on day-to-day management and drives the long-term vision for SMS Assist’s residential business. He specializes in leveraging technology to optimize operations and has a passion for improving the resident experience through operational excellence. Skilled at converting data into actionable insights, David approaches SMS Assist’s residential customers with a consultative eye.

David joined SMS Assist in 2018 as vice president of residential services. Prior to SMS Assist, David spent eight years in the real estate industry, including six years as an operations leader at Pangea Properties and National Home Rentals.

David holds a degree in economics from Colgate University and is a member of the National Home Rental Council.
